We’ve gotten a lot of interest from Foundation members as well as general State residents about the issue of political reform and overall political sustainability in Wisconsin. And as a non-partisan foundation, we seek to advance political reform on both sides of the aisle as well as by supporting non party-affiliated candidates for public office. With this in mind, we’d like to ask you five basic questions to help gauge your interest in advancing the issue of political sustainability in the upcoming race for Wisconsin Governor.
Would you generally welcome a candidate for Wisconsin Governor who ran on a platform of economic, environmental and social sustainability?
If a candidate were to run, which single quality do you feel would be most important?
What kind of candidate experience would be most appealing to you?
Would you consider an independent, non party-affiliated candidate?
Which single sustainability issue is most important to you in the upcoming race for Wisconsin governor?
